Goals for iswitchwin-1.0

- fix wrong _NET_ACTIVE_WINDOW timestamps, see BUGS

- Make make distcheck pass wrt/ glade file
  ( does not work ATM due to a bug in intltool-extract that tries to convert
    .glade file to .h file and write it to the src_dir that is read-only in a
    distcheck target, evince passes 'make distcheck' but I don't know yet why,
    they seem to be using the same intltool as we are )
